Junior Hospital Stock Specialist (Prague)

While we strive to betterserve our customers we stay committed to ensure robust compliance and toimprove cost management. Consignment inventory enables us to service some ofour large customers seamlessly. It is critical to have a strong governance andconsignment management to deliver desired outcomes. Thus following ourstrategic decision we look for a Consignment Specialist in Czech Republic.
- Ownership of End-to-End consignmentstock management and optimization as a critical part of overall inventorymanagement strategy;
- Close monitoring on consignmentstock at hospitals by frequent visits in field;
- Execution of physical count ofinventory at customer location preceding making arrangements with hospitalstaff;
- Analysis of inventory discrepanciesin between physical state and the system; running investigation;
- Monitoring management andprevention of expired stock at customer location;
- Close cooperation with SalesCustomer Service and Warehouse colleagues;
- Providing feedback for agreementswith customers related to consignment management;
- Behaving in line with internalfinancial audit requirements (e.g. running risk assessment of customerlocation building yearly count plan ownership of internal procedures).
