You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe HR Manager is responsible for planning coordinating and overseeing all human resource functions within the organization. This includes recruitment compliance employee relations performance management training and HR policy implementation to ensure a productive and legally compliant workplace.
Oversee the complete recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
Ensure legal compliance with labour laws ESI PF bonus gratuity and other statutory regulations.
Manage payroll attendance leave records and employee benefits administration.
Handle performance appraisal systems goal setting and employee evaluations.
Design and execute training & development programs to enhance employee productivity.
Foster a positive working environment by managing employee relations and resolving grievances.
Maintain and update HR policies employee handbooks and organizational charts.
Supervise the HR team and provide guidance to junior HR staff.
Coordinate internal communication team-building activities and employee engagement programs.
Generate HR reports and maintain accurate employee records in HRMS.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HRM or equivalent is highly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of labour laws HR processes and compliance
Strong communication leadership and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems
Ability to manage a team and coordinate across departments
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
