Job duties:
Event Planning and Execution (40% of time)
- Plan organize and execute regional events such as trade shows conferences webinars and seminars to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product marketing design and sales to develop event materials presentations and demos.
- Manage relationships with external vendors venues and partners to ensure successful event execution.
Regional Marketing Strategy (30% of time)
- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies in alignment with the overall company marketing objectives.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand regional goals and tailor marketing activities to support their objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of regional marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.
Sales Enablement and Collaboration (20% of time)
- Develop and deliver sales enablement materials such as presentations case studies and product sheets to help the sales team effectively communicate the value of Hexnodes platform.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify key customer segments and create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team sharing market insights and assisting with customer engagement as needed.
Professional Development (10% of time)
- Continuously enhance marketing skills and industry knowledge through self-study webinars and workshops.
- Build relationships with other field marketing professionals in the industry to exchange best practices and insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing Communications or a related field or Enginering with relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in field marketing event planning or a related role with a strong emphasis on event management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales marketing and product management.
- Knowledge of endpoint security solutions and the broader IT security landscape is a plus.
