Job Description
The Assistant Director of MICE (ADOS-MICE) handles both local & international companies with involving meeting package and minimum 10 rooms and above. Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of MICE in coordination with the Director of Sales & Marketing implements all group activities and maximizes business opportunities in his / her specific Industry or area of responsibility.
The Assistant Director of MICE is responsible for lead and drive the day to day sales activities of the Director of Business Development Senior Sales Manager Sales Managers Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators and the implementation of the sales activity plans set forth in the hotels marketing plan to achieve the budgeted revenue. Act on behalf in the absence of Director of MICE.
Requirements
- Oral and written fluency in english
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in Sales & Marketing
- Knowledge of basic selling skills
- Experience in handling team
