Operations Analytics and Projects Manager

Purpose of the position:
The Manager Operations Analytics and Projects plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and performance of our operational processes. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background project management skills and a keen understanding of the aviation industry.

Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational performance and reduce costs
- Conduct benchmarking analysis against industry standards and competitors to identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Monitor operations for inefficiencies and proactively identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain KPI reports to evaluate the performance of key operational aspects
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement operational processes and systems
- Ensure adherence to standards and achievement of operational targets
- Develop business intelligence strategies and tools for trend analysis in key areas including on-time performance regularity and aircraft/crew utilization
- Lead the development of tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of tools and systems
Requirements:
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Project management expertise with a track record of successful implementations
- Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Aviation Management or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Growth mindset and can-do attitude
- Ability to synthesize information into recommendations
- Good oral and written presentations skills
- Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent spoken / written English
- Flexibility to travel as required away from Head Office
