What Youll Do
Epic Games is searching for an exceptional Benefits Coordinator to join our global Benefits this role you will develop and utilize a comprehensive understanding of non-US benefits administration (with a focus on Brazil) provide excellent service as a point of contact across the company troubleshoot diverse challenges and assist with day-to-day benefit plan operations. By doing so you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and wellness of our global team.
In this role you will
- Be the first point of contact addressing and escalating day to day benefit inquiries from Epics employees in Brazil
- Perform new hire benefits orientation meetings and coordinate benefits enrollment (new hires terminations etc.)
- Coordinate with support and partner with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient benefit plan administration (health and dental insurance pension transportation and meal vouchers etc.)
- Communications billing and invoicing support
- Ongoing assistance with required medical exams (admission dismissal and periodic exams
- Maintain digital storage of plan documents and employee resource while maintaining HIPAA/GDPR/LGPD compliance
- Language proficiency in both Portuguese and English

- Trust we regularly deal with sensitive information and confidentiality is paramount
- Flexibility to manage ambiguity pivot and adapt to evolving business or client needs
- Comfort with a fast-paced work environment
- 2 years or more of relevant benefits administration experience with a focus on Brazil benefits
- Understanding of standard regulations and compliance practices related to benefit plans
- Familiarity with an HRIS (we use Senor in Brazil and Workday in other locations)
- Excel or Google Sheets experience
