Were looking for a Commercial Electrical Estimatorto join our this role youll prepare accurate competitive bids for commercial electrical projects working closely with project managers superintendents and clients. Your expertise will help set the stage for successful projects ensuring we deliver on time on budget and with excellence.

Qualifications
What makes you stand out
- You have 3 years of experience as an electrical estimator (commercial focus preferred)
- Youre skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints specifications and bid documents
- Youre proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office (Trimble Estimation Bluebeam or similar preferred)
- You understand electrical systems materials labor factors and codes relevant to commercial projects
- Youre detail-oriented accurate and capable of juggling multiple bids under tight deadlines
- You communicate clearly build strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors and negotiate effectively
- You bring a can-do attitude to challenges and act with integrity in every interaction
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial electrical projects
- Reviewing project drawings specifications and requirements to determine scope of work
- Soliciting and reviewing vendor and subcontractor quotes
- Preparing and presenting bids/proposals to clients and leadership
- Collaborating with project managers and superintendents to ensure estimates align with execution
- Tracking bid results and maintaining updated cost data for future projects
