Job Summary

Seeking an experienced construction project Estimator for a growing team.

Must have 5 years of estimating experience with a commercial general contractor.
Must have experience working on education senior living or healthcare projects
Must be able to read drawings (structural electrical mechanical & plumbing) be familiar with take-offs prepare labor material equipment and subcontractor estimates.
Effective interaction with contractors engineers architects and team members is essential.
Must be proficient in Excel and Word. Experience with On Screen Takeoff and Smart Bid preferred but not required.
