What youll own:
- Handle daily support for e-commerce channels (Shopee Lazada Line Shopping company website).
- Coordinate with Marketing for promos content email blasts campaign calendars.
- Sync with Sales to track online orders refunds customer issues trends.
- Use data from e-commerce dashboards (traffic conversion refund rates) to spot issues or opportunities.
- Participate in project tasks like new category rollouts or site improvements.
- Keep customer-service scorecards monitor KPIs suggest process fixes.
Who you are:
- 1-3 years in e-commerce coordination fast-moving consumer goods D2C or retail.
- Gets how online shopping engines promos and marketplace dynamics work.
- Strong planner communicator multi-tasker.
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
