Director of Hospice Sales
Location: Virginia Beach VA 23451
Compensation: $100000 base salary bonuses
Overview
We are seeking a high-energy compassionate and results-driven Director of Hospice Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a top performer with recent hospice sales experience a stable work history and established referral source relationships within the Virginia Beach market.
This is a local position onlyextensive market knowledge and established contacts in the community are required.
Territory
Virginia Beach and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
Promote our hospices unique programs and services by establishing developing and maintaining relationships with physicians hospitals nursing facilities and other healthcare/community partners.
Serve as the primary liaison for referral sources ensuring consistent communication and service excellence.
Identify new business opportunities and drive growth by leveraging established contacts and networks.
Deliver professional presentations to physicians healthcare teams and facility leadership.
Collaborate with internal clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination of care.
Track sales activity and referral outcomes through contact management software and reporting tools.
Requirements
Minimum 25 years of recent hospice sales experience.
Proven top performer with verifiable success in hospice business development.
Local candidate with extensive knowledge of the Virginia Beach healthcare market.
Established contacts and referral relationships with hospitals physicians and facilities.
Strong relationship-building networking and communication skills.
Familiarity with contact management software and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Stable work history demonstrating consistent success and growth in prior roles.
This position offers a competitive base salary of $100000 plus performance-based bonuses along with the opportunity to represent an organization known for compassionate care and community commitment.
