Our client is for professionals with extensive construction and project management experience to take ownership of dynamic large-scale developments in the high-rise residential or mixed-use property sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and manage end-to-end construction processes including pre-construction planning execution and post-construction handover ensuring project timelines budgets and quality standards are met.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including design teams contractors and engineering consultants to ensure a seamless workflow across all construction phases.
- Product Development Involvement: Actively lead or contribute to product development processes ensuring the feasibility functionality and quality of project outcomes align with market and business requirements.
- Technical Oversight: Provide expertise in construction methodologies and techniques and ensure compliance with regulations safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in construction or project management with at least 1 completed end-to-end project (pre-construction to post-construction) preferably in mixed-use or high-rise residential development.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- Industry Background:
- Strong experience in Property Development Construction or Engineering Consulting with an in-depth understanding of working processes.
- Candidates with experience in Property Development/Construction industries are also encouraged to apply.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams coordinate across disciplines and drive project milestones.
- Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of project design construction techniques quality control and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
