Job Description

The Solution Manager is responsible for supporting the business development and pre-sales efforts for advanced technology solutions with a focus on IoT sensors cameras video analytics and cloud-based platforms. This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and business needs working closely with clients sales engineering and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive client value and business growth.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Needs Assessment:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Assess client business and technical requirements to identify opportunities for IoT sensor camera and video analytics solutions.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to uncover pain points and strategic objectives.

Solution Design & Delivery:

  • Lead the development and presentation of tailored technical and business solutions that leverage IoT sensors cameras video analytics and cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design system architectures integration strategies and deployment plans.
  • Oversee proof-of-concept implementations and manage pilot projects to demonstrate solution feasibility and value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders.

Pre-Sales & Business Development:

  • Support the CSU and BD teams by providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations presentations and proposals.
  • Assist in the creation of responses to RFPs and tenders ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.

Solution Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee the lifecycle of solutions from initial concept through deployment optimization and ongoing support
  • Ensure solutions are scalable secure and aligned with industry best practices for IoT sensors cameras video analytics and cloud technologies.

Customer Success & Training:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support training and documentation.
  • Initiate and lead initiatives to maximize the value and adoption of deployed solutions.

The ideal profile should have:

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of IoT architectures sensor technologies camera systems video analytics and
  • cloud platforms.
  • Experience with solution integration data processing and edge/cloud deployment models.

Business Acumen:

  • Ability to translate technical features into business benefits and articulate value propositions to clients.
  • Experience in business development pre-sales or solution consulting

Leadership & Communication:

  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Industry Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with industry trends security standards and regulatory requirements relevant to IoT and video analytics solutions.
