MedSpecialized Inc. is looking for a Billing Implementation Specialist/Billing Systems Trainer!
Position Overview: Billing Systems Trainer that can demonstrate full competency in the billing portion of IMS Practice Management System with the ability to support and train its modules. This role involves delivering virtual training setting up clients medical claim systems identifying workflow efficiencies and providing assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 9PM-6AM PHT Office-based
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building IT Park Lahug Cebu City Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
Provide training and support on the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) functions of IMS Practice Management Software.
Conduct virtual training sessions for new and existing clients tailoring workflows to their needs.
Assess and optimize billing setups before system go-live.
Address billing-related issues through virtual client meetings.
Host internal and external webinars on billing best practices.
Respond to client inquiries via calls and emails.
Collaborate with other departments to guarantee success of the projects assigned
Host Lunch and Learn Webinars
Requirements:
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary starts at PHP 23000
