As a Travel Associates Business Leader you wont just be managing a store youll be leading a luxury travel hub. Youll work with experienced consultants foster client loyalty and bring your entrepreneurial spirit to life through networking events and strategic growth initiatives.
What youll be doing:
- Leading and motivating a team of expert luxury consultants to exceed sales and customer experience targets
- Driving local marketing strategies client events and networking to grow your client base
- Overseeing the smooth running of the business including staffing cost management and operational excellence
- Coaching and mentoring through monthly one-on-ones identifying growth opportunities for each consultant
- Building strong industry relationships and staying at the forefront of luxury travel trends
- Delivering an NPS score that reflects world-class client satisfaction
