Job Summary
Job Purpose
The Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM2) will manage the Local Injury Unit (LIU) in Smithfield which provides care to patients presenting with a variety of urgent care needs and minor injuries. The CNM2 will be responsible for the coordination strategic oversight and effective management of nursing services and staff resources within the Urgent Care Centre.
The CNM2 at the Smithfield LIU will be accountable for fostering and maintaining a high-quality safe and efficient care environment for all patients. They will serve as a clinical and administrative role model for all patients and will ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory administrative and clinical standards policies and procedures.
We are currently recruiting for a fixed term full time role (37.5 hours per week) and a fixed term part time role (15 hours per week).
