Come and join our Customer Success team as a Business & Marketing Insight Manager where you will provide media and business insights to our customers using our models and other marketing data.
Our Customer Success team is at the heart of turning advanced analytics into real business value. We partner closely with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience seamless implementation of our AI-driven models and ongoing strategic and operational support.
The team bridges the gap between technology and business working alongside our Product Delivery AI and Data teams. As trusted advisors we help clients interpret model outputs uncover insights and drive better media and marketing decisions. Our goal is simple: empower clients to succeed using our platform.
