Location: Charlotte NC
Salary: $30 $33 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our client relations efforts working closely with senior account managers to provide exceptional service and solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior account managers in managing client accounts and relationships.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain client documentation reports and presentations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support account strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and goals.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
