Project Management Office Manager

An incredible opportunity awaits you as head of the Project Management Office. In this role you will play a part in our dynamic Integrated Systems team ensuring consistent efficient and high-quality project execution across business units.

At Kongsberg Maritime Global Customer Support our mission is to deliver exceptional service to our customers!We are looking for a strategic systematic and driven manager to head a newly established function to improve Project Management of our portfolios.

What you will be doing

• Establish Project Management Office to support Project Managers across Business Units in locations in Norway EMEA APAC and Americas.
• Build a team that establishes project management methodologies and governance practice provides coaching training and direct support to project managers and other key project personnel.

We think you should have

• Technical and/or commercial higher education
• Fluent in both verbal and written English.
• Business attitude with commercial understanding and execution focus
• Self-drive and proactive team player approach
• Solid understanding of project management techniques and standards.
• Experience from execution of complex projects and the aftermarket is an advantage.
