About the team
The Project Management Office (PMO) provides resources support knowledge and coaching to the customer and product project management team(s) to ensure a better performance along the project lifecycle. At this moment the PMO department making steps forward to increase the maturity. So the PMO department will beating the rhythm on the project milestones and will serve Thales Naval by providing the expertise know-how services and continuously striving to increase the data quality to ensure a better performance along project lifecycle in one predictable way with clear awareness and reliable insight on cost time and quality.

Project Management Business Analyst
About the job
The role of Project Management Business Analyst is highly this position you are allocated to our PMO department to provide practical support and guidance in the world of becoming a data driven company. As a Business Analyst you are responsible for translating functional requirements into terms that an engineer can understand. You are the linking pin between the (Project Management) Business customer and the Enterprise Data Management (PowerBi) team. You understand how the business operates its processes and its information needs. At the same time you have the right technical knowledge to translate the business needs into information solutions which can be delivered by the dashboard development team. This means that you have the right communication skills to address different audiences and to ask the right questions to get to the bottom of the customers information need. However this also means that you have the right technical skills to support extracting source data and in building reports and dashboards. Once the product is ready the Business Analyst is also the first person to check whether the delivered product also answers the functional requirements. Focused on business intelligence: does the delivered information product (report cube) also answer the questions the user has asked
