Were looking for a motivated Team Assistant (f/m/d) to support our Business Development team in the Netherlands. What you can do with us:
- Handle day-to-day organizational and administrative tasks that keep our team running smoothly
- Create and maintain compelling company presentations product demos documents and reports for the Business Development team.
- Set up and maintain client accounts on our digital platform.
- Keep our CRM system up-to-date and help to continuously improve it to drive sales intelligence and efficiency further.
- Coordinate the planning and organization of our participation in trade shows and other events
- Support our sales efforts by helping with lead generation client meeting preparations and follow-up processes.
What you should bring for it:
- Completed vocational training in in an office environment or a comparable qualification.
- Relevant experience in the administrative and operational team support ideally in a dynamic environment.
- Enthusiasm for new technologies with exceptional MS Office skills.
- A highly structured independent and organized work approach.
- Fluent professional communication skills in both Dutch and English - additional European languages are a plus!
