POSITION PURPOSE
The Country Product Development Lead Indonesia will be responsible to lead product development (PD) activities in Indonesia to support the commercialization of UPLs crop protection and natural plant protection (NPP) portfolios. Ensure alignment with local market needs regulatory frameworks and UPLs strategic goals of sustainable agriculture and innovation. As part of Indonesia Country Leadership Team this role will also be responsible to provide leadership to PD team in Indonesia by promoting a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous learning.
