Key Responsibilities:
- Define prioritize and manage the product backlog for data services and ETL-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable data solutions that meet business objectives.
- Lead the design and enhancement of ETL workflows using Informatica and related tools.
- Administer and enhance the enterprise Data Catalog to support effective data discovery and governance (preferably using Collibra).
- Translate complex data and business requirements into clear user stories features and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure product deliverables meet performance quality and business expectations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in data architecture governance and integration best practices.
- Partner with Data Engineers Analysts and Business Leaders to shape and deliver the data services roadmap.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to write detailed functional requirements and collaborate with development teams to align on solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and interpret large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools Informatica and data integration workflows.
- Experience managing Data Catalogs preferably using Collibra or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of data governance data quality and metadata management principles.
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries; exposure to NoSQL is a plus.
- Exceptional communication collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive mindset and ability to own deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile frameworks and working within Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS.
- Background in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Exposure to data governance frameworks or metadata management initiatives.
