We are looking for Pastry Chef
As an Pastry Chef we rely on you to:
- Develop & crafting newpastry product which is unique creative and luxury
- Ensure the food quality is always of high standards in compliance to the Shangri-La Food Safety standards
- Leads the team to create aproduct that can enhance Guest Dining Experience
- Ensure all daily operation is well prepared and smooth operation inconsistent standard
- Assist in maximising profitability & strong in controlling cost
We are looking for someone who:
- IsCreativeand passionate to craft beautiful and luxury product
- Fluent in English and Bahasa both in written and spoken
- StrongLeadership tothe team in positive manner / approach
- Has good interpersonal skills and a role model
- Preferably has experience working in similar capacity in International Chain Hotel
- Enjoys planning organizing and problem solving
- Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
