The Role
We are seeking a Key Account Manager with a background in insurance to join our Aarhus-based team. You will work with a portfolio of Danish business and industrial clients with international subsidiaries. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating insurance solutions that meet complex client needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate international insurance programs and ensure seamless implementation
- Advise clients on insurance policies and risk management strategies
- Collaborate closely with a team of 15 experienced brokers and broker assistants
- Act as the main point of contact for clients ensuring high satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
About You
You have knowledge of insurance policies and solutions without necessarily having been in a position as Key Account Manager before. However we do believe that you have a background from the insurance or broker industry preferably with international exposure. We can teach you the rest so you will have a great opportunity for personal growth.
More importantly you have:
- A proactive can-do attitude and a client-first mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
