Key Accountabilities
- Work with cross function team to launch new projects and transfer projects from intercompany.
- Establish and optimize product criteria and ensure them are proper and being executed well in all processes.
- Lead and engage in customer complaints investigation from quality.
- Train inspectors/Technicians about product quality criteria and develop/optimize inspection system.
- Work with cross function team to drive continuously improvement for COPQ targets from department and plant level.
- As owner to prepare PPAP documentations and tracking till get customers approval.
- Participate in PFMEAControl plan development and review from quality.
- Lead LPA implementation in FeiFeng plant and tracking each of them to close.
- Support QM to drive internal and external audit.
- Other tasks assigned from quality manager and higher level managers.(QMS quality activities etc..)
Key Qualifications & Requirements
Education Qualification:
- Bachelors degree (Engineering preferred)
Technical Competence & Skills:
- Well quality management knowledge on ISO9001/IATF16949.
- Familiar with APAP PPAP MSA SPC FMEA.
Leadership Competence:
Relevant Experience:
- More than 5 years working experience on Quality Overall Management.
Others (% of travel language etc.):
- Be good at oral & Written English
- Strong communication skills and good teamwork spirit
- Be able to travel as required
