Job Summary
Youll provide a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing communications at AnyMind Group a leading technology company. Also You will work closely with the Marketing Communications team contributing to the development and execution of engaging content across various social media platforms supporting external events and contributing to overall department initiatives. This is an ideal role for highly motivated and creative individuals with a strong interest in marketing and social media.
What Youll Do
Social Media Management:
- Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for AnyMinds social media channels including Facebook and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance track key metrics and generate reports.
- Engage with followers through comments replies and direct messages.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.
Content Creation:
- Assist in the creation of various content formats including videos images and written copy.
- Contribute to the development of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and employee engagement.
Event Support:
- Provide logistical and administrative support for external events and conferences.
- Assist with on-site event coordination and execution.
- Gather and analyze event data for post-event reports.
General Marketing Support:
- Assist with other marketing communications projects as needed such as press releases media monitoring and website updates.
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media marketing and digital communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative with a strong eye for detail.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and relevant software (e.g. Photoshop Canva video editing tools).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Passion for the technology industry and AnyMinds mission is a plus.
