Job description
- Leading and managing security projects from planning to execution ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Developing project plans schedules and budgets tracking progress and communicating status risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Identifying assessing and prioritising security risks implementing effective mitigation strategies and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Developing and maintaining security policies standards and procedures ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to promote the adoption of security policies and provide guidance on their implementation.
- Communicating security concerns to the technology team and working together to develop solutions for identified issues.
- Fostering a culture of security awareness by building strong relationships with the technology team and supporting their security practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security focusing on security governance.
- Preferred certifications: CISSP CISM or CRISC.
- Strong understanding of information security principles frameworks and ISO27001.
- Prefer background in a consulting company or Financial services
- Experience in audit management risk assessment and policy development.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams and convey complex security issues.
- Capability to develop and execute a comprehensive vision for security solutions.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Thai and English.
