Account Manager (based in Harghita, Covasna or Bacau)

Were looking for a passionate Account Manager to join our team and help us grow lasting partnerships with clients across 6 counties (Galai Harghita Covasna Vrancea Vaslui Bacu). Our future colleague should be based in Harghita Covasna or Bacu (for proximity reasons).

Key responsibilities:

Account Management

• Understand client needs gather feedback and strengthen relationships.
• Lead account planning expand buying centers and identify new opportunities.
• Build strong partnerships with both customers and internal teams.
• Support product launches and align strategies through effective communication and training.

Opportunity Management:

• Convert leads into sales with actionable plans.
• Manage territory effectively and maintain a strong customer pipeline.
• Conduct market research analyze trends and identify profitable opportunities.
• Evaluate partnerships to ensure alignment with business goals.

Product Service & Industry Knowledge:

• Position our offerings against competitors and address customer needs (spoken and unspoken).
• Troubleshoot product-related issues confidently.

Negotiation:

• Lead successful negotiations balancing customer and company priorities.

What were looking for:

• University degree.
• Valid driving license (B category).
• Previous sales experience is a must automotive sector exposure is a plus.
• Strong communication skills: native in Romanian intermediate level in English Hungarian is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential).
• Field mobility (up to 50% of time spent in the field).
