Job Description

The Relocation Specialist is responsible for the operational success of Chevrons relocation activities by managing the day-to-day services of the relocation service providers and serving as a relocation subject resource for employees managers and HR teams.

There are two Chevron companies operating in the Philippines: Chevron Holdings Incorporated (CHI) and Chevron Philippines Incorporated (CPI).

CHI is a shared services center providing transactional processing and consulting services in the areas of finance and accounting information technology supply chain management human resources downstream customer service and marketing. Established in 1998 CHI serves Chevron affiliates in six continents around the world. Over the years it has grown to be one of the leading members of the shared services industry in the Philippines.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Relocation Specialist. This role will be based in 6750 Building Makati City Philippines.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Partner with suppliers and vendors to ensure a high level of service with a key focus on employee experience and efficient mobility programs.

  • Engage with vendors on a regular basis to monitor tasks and case progression.

  • Resolve common relocation issues escalations and exception for engaging with vendors to discuss and resolve operational questions in a timely manner. Document outcomes and monitor customer satisfaction. Represent the relocation team in the exception review council of Global Mobility

  • Support US relocation and international relocation ensuring compliance with relevant policies and smooth execution of end-to-end processes.

  • Leverage knowledge of the US relocation market and relocation practices to provide guidance and coordination across stakeholders.

  • Oversee day-to-day relocation operations and ensure service delivery excellence.

  • Provide consultation on relocation procedural questions to employees managers and HR teams.

  • Consult and advise on application of Chevrons domestic relocation policies and procedures to BHR clients GMS and vendor

  • Monitor suppliers processes and practices to ensure efficiencies and alignment with Chevron policies and workflows.

  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities.

  • Provide relocation policy support and guidance to Expat Counselors.

  • Coordinate new country setup processes for relocation services.

  • Manage and process relocation-related invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

    About You

    Knowledge Skills and Experience:

    • 7 years experience in relocation; experience with a relocation management company strongly preferred.

    • Strong understanding of the US relocation market and US relocation practices with proven experience supporting international moves.

    • Knowledge of global mobility lifecycle processes and methodologies.

    • Experience managing external vendor relationships; understanding of elements of relocation policies and supplier management.

    • Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills

    • Ability to demonstrate effective management organizational and leadership skills in a dynamic business environment.

    • Ability to work effectively with data analyze and present insights and develop and deliver presentations.

    • Bachelors degree in HR business or a related discipline

    • Change management and implementation experience.

    • Experience with a Relocation Management Company (RMC)
