Leap29 are working with a global energy tech company who are looking for an experienced contract manager to join their team in The Hague. They require the candidate to have experience in Drilling P&A - Offshore.

Duties and responsibilities in this role consist of:

Facilitate Contract/Construction kick-off meeting

Facilitate weekly contract progress meetings

Prepare and issue minutes of weekly contract progress meetings

Evaluate monthly progress claims expedite approvals payment

Evaluate contractor variation claims

Prepare all contractual letters and maintain contract correspondence log/register

Facilitate re-measure of quantities and prepare contract variations as applicable

Prepare Site Instructions and Contract Variation Documentation for agreed contractual changes

Utilising and continuous updating of Contract Administration system to reflect current status of contracts

Facilitate Monthly Contract Cost Forecasting & Reporting

Facilitate Contractor performance evaluation and Contract close-out activities

Be proactive with contractors to ensure contract compliance generation of progress reports schedules daily and other status reports invoices and supporting documents in a timely manner.
