Were looking for an experienced Director of Marketing & Communications required for our Sales & Marketing Division.
Job Summary
The Director of Marketing & Communications reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and dotted line to General Manager. The position has the primary responsibility of the Digital & Marketing efforts to support revenue generation brand engagement and sales strategies for the Resort. This includes the implementation and execution of marketing strategies that achieve the goals related to the ideal market mix brand status e-direct advertising social media and brand marketing efforts. The goal is to drive revenue in all segments. The position is accountable for the implementation of Brand Packages and Practices and the successful execution of special events and promotional programs at the resort.
Under the guidance and supervision of the DOSM and within the limits of established hotel policies and procedures he/she promotes good quality and positive communications to promote and enhance the image of the addition he/she enhances the awareness of Shangri-La brand as one of the worlds finest hotel groups amongst target audiences as defined in the hotels and groups strategic marketing and communication plan.
