Role Overview
The ESG Training Manager will begin by leading theResponsible Sourcing Training team composed of several professionals dedicated toqualifying auditors and maintaining their competenciesin Responsible Sourcing aligned withAPSCA and similar schemes.
Development Path
Over time the role will evolve toexpand the experience and methodologiesof this group to other ESG-related verification schemes contributing to the broader ESG training strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the Responsible Sourcing Training team.
- Oversee the qualification and continuous competency development of auditors.
- Ensure alignment with APSCA standards and other responsible sourcing frameworks.
- Design and implement training programs for ESG verification schemes.
- Innovate and project training learnings into new ESG domains.
Profile Requirements
- Solid knowledge ofResponsible Sourcing auditingand ESG principles.
- A comprehensive understanding oftraining processes and competency managementfor auditors.
- Ability toinnovate scale and adapt training strategiesto emerging ESG verification needs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
