Role description:
AE Irish SMB segment (50300 FTE) deal sizes 735K ARR target 480K full-cycle sales (no SDR support) expected 60% outbound / 40% inbound.
Sales cycles are consultative addressing technical compliance and HR challenges.
Buyer persona: HR leaders; target industries are open but prior success with compliance-oriented stakeholders preferred.

Must haves:
23 years in a senior AE role with closing experience
Proven SMB sales success
Strong outbound prospecting experience
Experience selling to HR leaders
Background in one/some of: HR tech payroll compliance EOR mobility employee benefits
Startup sales experience (minimum 1.5 years)
Comfort in remote-first cross-functional founder-led startup environments
Consultative selling ability
High autonomy adaptability and collaborative mindset
Dublin-based or commutable for in-person meetings
Nice to haves:
Compliance-oriented sales background (e.g. legal tech security insuretech)
Experience with regulatory technical or complex solutions
Familiarity with EOR competitive landscape
Salary range & secondary benefits:
Base: 60K
OTE: 120K
