Salary:31900.00 per annum (pro-rata)
Location:Droitwich Worcestershire
Contract/Hours: 30 hours a week Permanent Part Time the hours are 4 x days a week 3 x 7.4 hours and 1 x 7 hours hours are flexible. You must be able to work Fridays.

About the service
Our Family Hubs plays an essential role in giving children and families the early support they need. We are open to your whole community on a regular basis. We work in partnership with other agencies such as health visitors midwives speech and language and local schools.
We help get children under 5 ready for school and our services include: child and family health; parenting programmes and antenatal support; and stay and play sessions. Additionally we support children and young people from 0 to 19 years old.
We work in partnership with many community services to support families parents children and young people. You will be based at the WANDS Family Hub but will be required to work across South Worcestershire
How youll help to create brighter futures
As a Service Coordinator youll be:
Empowering Families: Lead a skilled team of Family Hub Practitioners to deliver transformative parenting programmes interactive workshops and tailored one-to-one supportbuilding stronger families in both home and community settings.
Strategic Oversight: Shape and manage parenting services across South Worcestershire ensuring high-quality delivery that meets local needs and drives positive outcomes.
Insight-Driven Development: Oversee robust data monitoring and reporting systems to evaluate impact inform continuous improvement and evidence success to stakeholders.
Collaborative Leadership: Chair internal team meetings and cultivate strategic partnerships with external agencies to foster integrated multi-agency support for families.
Safe & Supportive Environments: Maintain rigorous health and safety standards across the hub creating a welcoming and secure space for both families and staff.
Safeguarding Excellence: Lead safeguarding protocols with precision and care ensuring timely compliant responses to incidents in line with statutory and organisational frameworks.
