Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to shape payer value propositions and pricing strategies
Represent patient access in global brand program and medical affairs teams
Develop integrated access strategies that differentiate products across markets
Drive evidence generation to support reimbursement and market access goals
Monitor and optimize time-to-access pricing targets and market availability
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on go-to-market and launch plans
Influence external partners and policy makers to support access initiatives
Essential Requirements
Proven expertise in payer and health technology assessment (HTA) systems in the Czech Republic
Strong experience in reimbursement dossier development and access strategy execution
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a results-driven mindset
Proficiency in stakeholder engagement negotiation and influencing at senior levels
Fluent in English and Czech with outstanding communication and collaboration capabilities
Desirable Requirements
Experience working in a global or regional pharmaceutical access leadership role
Familiarity with real-world evidence (RWE) and its application in access strategies
