Job Summary

As a head of Property Management department you will be responsible for leading and expanding our portfolio of commercial real estate assets. Your role ensures optimal performance tenant satisfaction and value creation across all managed properties while aligning with the companys business goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership

    • Develop and execute property management strategies across office retail industrial and mixed-use assets.

    • Align operations with client objectives ESG goals and financial performance targets.

    • Lead innovation in service delivery sustainability and digital transformation.

  • Team Management

    • Oversee regional and on-site property management teams.

    • Foster a high-performance culture through mentoring training and career development.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

  • Client & Stakeholder Relations

    • Serve as the primary liaison for key clients and investors.

    • Present portfolio performance risk assessments and strategic plans to stakeholders.

    • Drive client retention and business development initiatives.

  • Financial Oversight

    • Manage operating budgets capital expenditures and financial reporting.

    • Monitor revenue streams cost controls and profitability metrics.

    • Ensure timely billing collections and lease administration.

  • Operational Excellence

    • Implement best practices in maintenance vendor management and tenant services.

    • Ensure regulatory compliance safety standards and risk mitigation.

    • Leverage technology platforms for data analytics reporting and workflow automation.


Qualifications :

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in property/asset managent
  • Proven track record of successful transaction execution and business development.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities (client-facing experience essential).
  • Fluent in English and Czech (both written and spoken).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
  • Knowledge of the Czech property market is a strong asset.
