The Education Coordinator Intern at Florida Memorial University plays a vital role in supporting the Office of Graduate Programs ensuring smooth operations and contributing to institutional success. This position is primarily responsible for assisting with program coordination student engagement data management and administrative tasks to enhance the efficiency of graduate education services. The intern will work closely with faculty staff and students to support recruitment initiatives track program outcomes and facilitate communication between departments.

Essential Functions:
- State Reporting & Compliance: Assist in collecting organizing and preparing data required for state reporting to the Department of Education ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and institutional policies.
- Data Management: Support the maintenance of accurate records on graduate student enrollment retention and program outcomes to fulfill reporting requirements.
- Program Coordination: Assist in coordinating graduate program activities including student advising support recruitment efforts and event planning.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance including document preparation scheduling and communication with faculty staff and external stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all submitted reports by reviewing data for consistency and alignment with institutional and state guidelines.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with university departments to gather necessary data track program effectiveness and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Research & Analysis: Assist in analyzing trends in graduate education data to support strategic decision-making and institutional reporting initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:
- An earned bachelors degree.
- The potential for peer reviewed research scholarly and/or creative accomplishment by representing the University in Reading.
- The potential to have a positive impact through service that represents the University on campus and within the greater community.
- Demonstrated potential for success in research and grant work.
- Preferably maintain an active Educator Certification
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours.
- Adaptable in learning a new learning management system
