Job Description

Internal Sales Co-Ordinator

Gauteng Permanent

A well-established market leader in the construction industry seeks an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator to join their Kliprivier-based team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in a company that invests in their employees.

Purpose of the Role

To support the Local Sales department by handling customer enquiries processing orders coordinating logistics and assisting in quotations tenders and other sales-related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client enquiries via telephone and email including existing customer database.

  • Liaise with clients transport contractors logistics and procurement on daily operations.

  • Maintain communication with managers regarding production product availability and sales.

  • Ensure client specifications and expectations are met; analyze tenders thoroughly for inclusions exclusions and exceptions.

  • Submit professional accurate quotations and TurboCAD layouts.

  • Track and record budget quotes; assist with tenders proposals and RFQs.

  • Process work orders and compile complete order packs.

  • Communicate delivery timelines and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Update internal tracking logbooks; conduct customer surveys.

  • Assist walk-in clients facilitate factory tours and liaise with finance on account matters.

  • Conduct customer surveys and accompany Account Managers on client visits.

  • Adhere to quality procedures and job instructions.

  • Identify and report irregularities; recommend and monitor corrective actions.

  • Participate in the improvement and development of quality processes.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Matric

  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing advantageous

  • 3 5 years in a similar role

  • Experience in construction costing

  • MS Office proficiency (advanced Excel)

  • Working knowledge of CAD and Sage (Accpac)

  • Valid driver s license and access to own transport
