Our client is an automotive part manufacturer.
Job Description
- Managing the day-to-day operations related to BOI and Customs.
- Preparing and submitting comprehensive BOI applications including necessary documentation and supporting materials.
- Liaising with BOI officials to address inquiries and resolve issues related to applications.
- Monitoring BOI regulations and updates ensuring compliance and optimizing benefits.
- Taking care of BOI and Custom process for import material and machine used in production.
- Reconciling and providing reports (financial/operation) to government BOI and Custom.
- Making and preparing documents related to ensuring compliance with BOI Free Zone and Custom.
- Contacting and visiting Government officers when required and communicating regulatory updates to relevant departments.
- Providing import license (DIW TISI CBWM).
- Providing information about FTA is an option for the company.
- Correcting and amending import documents in case of wrong data.
- Preparing HS Code for new items of machinery and spare parts.
- Preparing documents for returnable shipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting logistics management or related field.
- At least 5 years of work experience in BOI and Import-Exportfrom manufacturing.
- Knowledge of BOI laws Customs regulations inbound & outbound clearance processes and customs broker qualifications is preferred.
- Good command of English.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP.
