Analyzes financial information and prepares financial reports relating to assets liabilities profit and loss tax liability and other financial activities
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervision and handling of accounting staff
Supervision and handling of accounting specialized functions i.e. Concur application essential requirements of deduction vouchers etc.
Supervision of Accounting books Integration and reconciliation between Mexico - GT USA.
Monitor activities and payment dates in anticipation of the end of the month.
Ensure the correct monthly and annual application of GL operations as well as propose reclassification entries.
Monthly Trial Balance Review and Debugging
Calculation of monthly provisional payment and tax projection
Supervision of tax payments and compliance with the different monthly and annual tax obligations
Mastery and preparation of Financial Statements
Attention to internal audits and external fiscal-financial audits
Management of different accounting processes NIFs D5 D3 Annex 9 EPT.
Calculation of annual returns tax accounting reconciliations REFIS PTU.
Supervision of the Payroll whole process
Attention to different government offices requests i.e. SAT IMSS-INFONAVIT CDMX Treasury among others.
Integration of monthly income in accounting tax.
Incomes CFDI supervision in the correct issuance cancellation substitution and payment complements
Develop organizational capacity for innovation through training constantly .
Constantly review and update our Suppliers expenses and payments policy.
Corporate governance relating to corporate applications and service in the U.S.

Qualifications & Prior Experience:
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance required
Experience from a legal or service-related industry is a plus
Experience with Internal Accounting Systems
Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
Computer proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook and Power BI
Intermediate Advanced English
