Our Client is a boutique project management company providing complex engineering retail/residential/office space development for major investors in the Hungarian market.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER - HUNGARY

Location: Budapest Hungary

Industry: construction

THE JOB

• Preparation of projects collection of technical requirements
• Communication with project stakeholders designers and the permitting authority
• Making proposals for technical and cost optimization measures in charge of the permitting procedure
• Cost estimate preparation and cost control during implementation
• Issuing the request for proposal conducting and evaluating tenders
• Organizing holding and documenting meetings during implementation
• Project monitoring regarding Client and statutory requirements
• Managing the construction - retail residential office - project from the beginning to the end full cycle on behalf of the investor
• Working on projects only in Budapest

THE PERSON

• Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering degree
• Min. 3-5 years of proven experience successfully delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Essential skills: excellent problem solving attention to details industry knowledge strong sense of independence commitment ambition an achiever.
• IT skills: MS Office MS Project AutoCad or ArchiCAD
• Fluent English native Hungarian
