- A successful track record in construction spanning 15 years with a Main or Specialist Contractor
- To be at Contracts Manager or Director level
- The ability to manage multiple teams and deliver multiple projects to the highest standards
- A degree qualification in Construction
- The drive and ambition to succeed in this role
