Supervisor
The Chelsea Ram is a true locals local. Were known for giving great service and serving the best pub grub and beer around. Were in the backstreets of Chelsea and close to Chelsea Power Station which will be opening soon to give us a whole new type of customer! Were also due for a facelift this summer so its an exciting time to join the pub as youll be able to make a big difference in rebuilding the team and making sure we open with a bang!

What we look for in aSupervisor:
As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliverexceptional customer service every time and be able to buildrapport with our customers and our team to continuethe success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team toensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shiftssafely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to theircareer in hospitality and we can offer ongoingdevelopment to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
