Job Title:Customer Success Specialist
Location:Remote - LATAM
Salary: $900 - $1500
Work Hours:9-5pm EST
Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email phone chat and video meetings.
- Provide prompt and accurate information regarding Freewrite products.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary.
- Assist new customers with onboarding including 1:1 video sessions.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction after inquiries are resolved.
- Act as the customers advocate by collecting and communicating feedback.
- Suggest updates to FAQs troubleshooting guides and documentation based on customer interactions.
- Continuously update knowledge of Freewrite products features and service best practices.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years in customer service technical support or a similar role. Experience in a technology-focused environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn and support Freewrite products with experience using customer service tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and providing effective solutions.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
