PROJECT MANAGER (SHOPIFY PROJECTS)
Location: Remote (LATAM preferred)
Compensation: $2500$3500/month
Schedule: Full-time EST Long-term role
About the Role
Were looking for a Project Manager who speaks Shopify fluently someone who can lead projects from kickoff to launch with precision speed and style. This is a client-facing role that blends technical understanding with exceptional organization.
Youll be the glue between clients developers designers and stakeholders ensuring every API integration theme customization app deployment and migration happens on time on budget and to our high creative standards.
If you thrive in fast-paced agency environments know your way around Shopifys ecosystem and can keep teams moving in sync this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Shopify projects: setup development integrations migrations and ongoing optimizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients leading weekly/bi-weekly updates and managing expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: developers designers SEO specialists and other PMs.
- Define project scopes create timelines manage budgets and track deliverables.
- Use tools like Asana Jira and Slack to manage workflow and keep teams aligned.
- Identify project risks early and remove roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.
- Keep communication clear proactive and client-friendly at all times.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience managing Shopify projects.
- Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystem: API integrations custom themes migrations.
- Experience managing embedded app workflows is a plus.
- Skilled in Asana Jira Slack and similar collaboration tools.
- Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously in a client-facing environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) you can translate technical jargon into client-friendly language.
