What will you be doing

The successful internship candidate will support the Finance Operations team in our Shanghai office.

Job Responsibilities

• Apply payment through Coupa system
• Issue China VAT invoice reconcile NetSuite billings with China tax system.
• Weekly cash report
• Match cash collection against open receivables
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by the company
• Report to Finance Operations Manager

Requirements

• Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Accounting Finance or a related field
• Previous internship experience
• Good command of written English at least
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Quick learner

Term of Internship:

• Availability: immediate start preferred
• Duration: A commitment of 6 months or more is preferred
• Schedule: 3 days per week (flexible based on workload)
• Location: Hybrid Shanghai China
