Tasks

What Youll Be Doing

Facilitate and coach your Scrum team through ceremonies like daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives
Remove blockers so your team can deliver their best work
Champion collaboration trust and agile thinking in everything you do
Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to keep everyone moving in the same direction
Ensure transparency and steady communication within and beyond your team
Track progress celebrate success and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team

Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence or similar
Strong communication and coaching skills with a knack for building trust
Scrum Master (CSM PSM or equivalent) certification is a big plus
Organized proactive and always ready to help others stay focused
A passion for agile values teamwork and delivering meaningful results
Fluent in English; German is a bonus

We offer a minimum gross salary of 3.175-/month on full time basis more may be possible depending on experience.
