Middle School Teachers Positions

We are specifically looking for Middle School teachers (grades 79) in the areas of:
- Mathematics
- Spanish Language & Literature
- Social Studies
Preferred candidates will have experience preparing students for high school entrance exams.
- Position: Homeroom Teacher (Grades 79)
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven teaching experience at the middle school level is required.
Advanced proficiency in English (spoken written and reading) is essential.
Experience preparing students for high school entrance exams is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a homeroom group with confidence and consistency.
- Design and implement effective lesson plans for diverse learners.
- Prepare students for high school entrance exams with targeted strategies.
- Maintain strong communication and positive relationships with families and staff.
Required Qualifications:
- Full English fluency (spoken written and reading); Spanish is a strong asset.
- Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license.
- Experience with progressive methodologies (e.g. Inquiry-Based Learning PBL IB).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Education.
- Training in Readers & Writers Workshop.
- Apple Certified Educator.
- Experience with co-teaching models and the Reggio Emilia approach.
- Strong background in classroom-based instruction and exam preparation.
