Meet The Team:

Responsible for managing the sales of the companys medical devices. Sales may be focused on a specific geographic area industry or product segment either nationally or regionally. This role requires strategic allocation of time and resources to achieve company goals and effective management of the sales team.

Where You Come In:

Utilize extensive experience and professional knowledge to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively.

Develop a deep understanding of the companys business to inform strategic decisions.

Receive assignments as objectives and determine how to allocate resources to meet schedules and goals.

Provide guidance to team members in alignment with established company policies.

Frequently interact with subordinate supervisors customers and peer group managers across functional areas divisions or customer interfaces.

Analyze diverse issues requiring evaluation of multiple factors to determine appropriate solutions.

Follow established processes and policies to select methods and techniques for problem-solving.

Make decisions that directly impact costs and may affect short-term organizational goals.

Manage the sales team with responsibility for results methods and staffing.

May oversee a functional area or manage contracted/outsourced employees or matrixed reports.

Lead people management activities including hiring terminations performance reviews career development coaching and compensation decisions.

Drive sales of the organizations products and services within assigned geographic or account areas.

Achieve sales objectives within the designated region.

Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Director to develop regional event strategies aimed at increasing prescriptions and patient growth.

Organize and professionalize field events in cooperation with the marketing team.

Establish and track KPIs to measure event impact.

Enhance the effectiveness of field events in influencing prescription behavior.

What Makes You Successful:

Proven ability to design and execute regional strategies aligned with brand objectives and identify new growth opportunities.

Experience supporting and executing nationwide events (e.g. webinars).

Ability to support regional event strategies and improve execution.

Strong administrative skills and ability to serve as a key liaison for legal event management and regional stakeholders.

Skilled in improving invitation and communication processes in collaboration with marketing.

Education and Experience:

Minimum 8 years of sales management experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.

Minimum 5 years of people management experience.

Travel Required:

50 % (Domestic Travel)
