Maintain strong customers relationship through a regular schedule of visit.
Promote strategic service offerings such as first service offers recommended spare part packages repair service level agreements post-commissioning training plant health checks and service upgrade project.
Manage and analyze spare parts inventory to ensure that the required spare parts are available for customer.
Work collaboratively across teams including Supply Chain Engineering Technical Support etc to provide the customer with a high-quality service.
Achieve and exceed service sales KPI targets including but not limited to order intake sales gross margin account receivable and other personal KPIs.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any Engineering discipline.
Must have the ability to learn current ERP system used for order entry/processing.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
Sales-driven - have a passion to achieve sales target.
People-oriented - have a passion to meet and visit people/customers good interpersonal skills.
Good spoken and written English.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
